1. Company Information
BKK Fight Gear is operated by Asia Fight Gear Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand, selling Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and martial arts equipment through online and offline channels.
This Return & Refund Policy is established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and related Thai laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The request is made within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product.

The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

All original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories are included.

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect or error by the company:

Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling

Items with removed or damaged tags

Customized or made-to-order products (including personalized gis or patches)

Clearance or sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale”

Hygiene-sensitive items such as mouthguards, underwear, or compression wear (if applicable)
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is:

Defective due to manufacturing fault, or
-
Incorrect (wrong item, size, or model sent),
the customer must notify BKK Fight Gear within 7 days of receiving the product.
In such cases:

The company will bear all reasonable return shipping costs.

The customer may choose a replacement, exchange, or full refund, subject to product availability.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for eligible items under Section 2.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to company error.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the exchanged item has a price difference, the customer must pay or will be refunded the difference accordingly.
6. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

For cash-on-delivery or bank transfer orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
